Chatting with Julie. HCAL 2009 upgrade funds have been doled out as follows:

• Princeton - trial PCB layout of front-end board with lots of QIE-like chips
• Iowa (Ianos) - investigate cooling
• Minnesota - "Link test" uTCA board – joint ECAL project
• Maryland - Tullio (task unknown)
• Boston U - nada

Roger has control of the ECAL SLHC budget, and is allocating some to Hirosky at VA to work on a combined readout. We are supposed to work (for free, evidently) with him.
