This page contains public documentation for the CMS AMC13, a MicroTCA MCH type module which provides timing, controls and DAQ functions for CMS subdetectors migrating their electronics to MicroTCA. This project is evolved from a module known as the DTC developed for the HCAL subdetector.

Version 2 (AMC13)

This is the version planned for use for both HCAL and other subsystems in CMS. We have 3 initial prototypes under test as of TWEPP time, and expect to produce an initial 8 units by end of October 2011. See TWEPP 2011 slides for an update.

This is an early version mounted on an NAT-MCH base board used for HCAL test beam effort in 2010.
