Enable mCTR2 DAQ Path

Open mCTR2 tool w/ in uhtr mode (i.e. with option: '-t uhtr')

./mCTR2tool.exe [mCTR2 Board IP address] -t uhtr
Check to see if DAQ Path is enabled
> DAQ
> STATUS 
Assuming it is disabled, you can enabled it using:
> CTL
Selection: 6
New nsamples: 10
Selection: 7
New presamples: 5
Selection: 8
New pipeline length: 50
Selection: 10
Selection: 17
Exit the CTL menu and check to see the DAQ Path is enabled
Selection: -1
> STATUS
Exit to the top menu and check the status summary of the card
> QUIT
> STATUS
If everything is set up correctly, you should expect to see that the clocks are synced. If there is a problem, typically most of the clocks (save 25 and 100 MHz) will report 0.0MHz.

  Clock expected at 320.6400 MHz : 319.99780 MHz
