Updated Unpacker class to version 0x2. Unpacker class FedBlock now has the function PreParse that does minimal format checks and then sets the internal pointer. After PreParse is called all of the functions such as GetSize can be called. I will now add these changes to the amc13 class.

edit: Updated the unpacker class in amc13 to version 0x2.
