Update on 10Gb slink. Thanks to Dominique and Christoph, the FEROL is now running with the 10Gb link.

Disabling parsing as before on the FEROL, I was able to get the AMC13 to send ~11kByte events at a rad of about 110kHz, which leads to a data rate of 1.23GBps, which seems okay.

There are now no register on the FEROL end that this can be cross-referenced with, so this is entirely based on the fixed fake event size and the rate that the AMC13 reports data going at.

It turns out that cms1 is not very fast and is the bottleneck for these speed tests.
